Ninjatō is a VR stealth & combat game set in 15th century Japan during the Sengoku period. The year is 1581 and the decimation of the powerful Iga & Koga clans at the hands of Oda Nobunaga has just occurred, leaving any ninja that survived scattered across the land. Those that survived the onslaught, sought refuge deep in the mountains while the constant threat of being hunted by hired assassins employed by Oda'a forces constantly loomed overhead. You play as a wounded shinobi that survived the Tenshō Iga War, stumbling deep into the far reaches of the forest to escape, finding shelter at an old temple once used by Iga warriors as a lookout for ships moving across the sea. You must now learn to survive using the Ways of the Ninja.
